TOXC

I run on the Thousand Oaks Cross Country Team.

When I tell people I run cross country, they usually ask how far I run on a regular basis. When I respond with "3-8 miles per day", most people think I am insane. And they are right. Cross Country runners are pretty crazy, because after all, "Running is a mental sport, and we are all insane".

My XC Family

"When the run seems too long, your legs too tired, the race too hard, or your lungs too weak, and you want to give up, remember what you are running for.
Remember all of the trials, the lessons, the sweat, tears, pains, failures, and most importantly, the successes that it has taken you to get to this point. Then believe in yourself, remember your dreams, and let them motivate  you, and
just keep on running. "

My Goals

"You are stronger than you know. You can do anything you put your mind to."

The Process is the Goal.
